I waited about 3 weeks until i saw the first date available.   I tried calling and all they told me was to wait.   That is their answer for everything.

yes i finally was able to make an appointment.    You have to keep checking everyday until they post a available date.  It might be two weeks or a month before they post a date.    They are very slow.
