Hello everyone! PLEASE Is There Anyone Here Who Was Able to Personally Obtain and Upload their Hong Kong police clearance certificate in to their immigrant or spousal DS260 visa application in NVC since 2018? Hong Kong Police will not provide clearance to private person anymore and they will not send it to NVC office in US either, I am not able to finish upload my civil documents because HK government will not give a private citizens clearance certificate directly to them. I call NVC many times in last few day I even request Talked to the NVC office supervisor but sadly nobody seems to know what to do since H.K. police will not issue a police clearance to private citizens anymore.
