    Hello everyone,

    I am not sure if this the right place to ask this question. Well, I plan to get marry with my girlfriend whom is from Vietnam in January. Does anybody know where/how can I get Certificate of no record and how much would it cost? There are a few places where I live will do this for $500? I am just wondering if I can do this myself and save some money for the wedding :). Thanks in advance for helping.
