Hello people,
My wife and I are happy here, but we are hoping her mother may meet someone here and move to the USA. Does anyone know of or has used a website for meeting American singles that is honest, legit etc?
We would be hoping we could sign her up from here, and then hopefully allow the process to take its course.
Any help would be most kind

Well ,
we got the card in the mail today, less than one week after we recieved the notice of approval. It was so quick.
I thank all of you for your help and support. And to those that are still on the first part of the journey, hang in there.
Thank you all again

Try to type all the forms, it will provide a more professional approach.
It is also easier to read.
I-I30G325a and other forms.... Should they be handwritten or type written????

Has anyone recently gone through the interview for the AOS?
Were you approved on the spot, or did they tell you to wait a couple of weeks?
Any feedback would be great thank you.

Hello
If we are accepted and get our green card approval, can we leave the country before we get the card, so long as we have it to re-enter the country with?
We just had our interview a few days ago. We are obviously stressing as they did not tell us at the interview but said we would have to wait 2 weeks.
My wif e may have to go back to Moscow for her studies.
Any help would be great

Hello
Did they let you know the day of the interview that you were accepted, or did you have to wait to hear from them?
Which office did you go to? was it Baltimore?

Hello People,
Well today my wife and I had the interview in Baltimore, for the AOS and hopefully the approval for the green card.
All seemed to gio well, we both forgot the years we were born in, and the number to our address, but otherwise ok/ He did not give any indication either way. He just told us that his decision would be to us in the mail hopefully within 14 days.
I am obviously a bag of nerves. Is there any advice, do they usualy tell you to wait two weeks, or is it usually a decision there at the interview.
Are there any reasons why they would say no? We meet all the criteria. We have no criminal record, no previous encounters with USCIS.
Any words of support or from anyone who is going through or has gone throughvthe process at Baltimore would be great.
What is the time line? Is two weeks accurate? ONce we know and if we are approved, what is the time until the card gets here?
Thank you

Hello People,
Well we finally have the interview on Tuesday 19th. Has anyone been through it recently, what am I in for, any help would be great.
On the invite one of the items we are asked to bring is" Evidence that we are lawfully allowed to be here" what would that be?
Thanks again
David & Evgeniya.

Hello
Once we have the interview for the adjustment of status, do they tell us then if we pass, or do we have to wait. And if we wait, how long, and what is the time line for recieving the card?
Thank you and have a great Day.

Hello,
We finally recieved the letter for our interview in Baltimore. As our adjustment is based on our marriage, am I safe to assume that we only need to take the eveidence of relationship, birth certificate, etc, and not all the other forms that we initially sent, medical reports, affadavits, etc?
ON the letter it does list a bunch of items we have already sent, but underneath it mentions if it is based on marriage it is diferent.
Any help would be great

She was granted an advance parole as she had to go to Moscow, I cancelled the interview which they were okay with when I explained the circumstances, but now the wait is taking so long.
-
Hello all,
does anyone have any idea of what the time line is for a rescheduled interview.
My wife was out of the country on an advance parole, when they granted her interview. You would think they wouold know.
We have been waiting almost 4 months to hear about a rescehduled interview.
Any help would be great

You are stressing about nothing.
I met my wife in the US and then later we went to the USVI started dating via phone and e-mail, we were apart for 3 months, met in London, got engaged the next time we saw each other, and are now married. You just have to prove by the letters, pivtures, etc that you are both serious. My wife and I also have a 20 year difference.
All will be fine.

If you filed after the deadline last year, then that increased rate includes the cost
-
It should be automatic, you send what you can, she spends as she needs, no more no less.
-
Your options are fairly numerous.
Any type of utilty bill, Bank account, home ownership, credit cards. Something that shows your home address with both names there on the bill.
The bank will sometimes type a letter that shows both names on an account.

Hello,
the only detail I can answer is to make sure you send all the paperwork via a mail service that will provide a tracking number, and signature of reciept.
Priority mail works well.
