Is it the possible to sue the embassy or the US govt due to distress and emotional trauma from consistently seeing no appointments available and lack of adequate customer service (US Embassy in Honduras)?

My fiancée is 6 months pregnant and she is distressed, depressed, and distraught because of this inefficient process! I can only imagine the damage this is causing my unborn child!

So? Can I Sue?

BUMMER! This process is excruciating!

Hi I am currently waiting on receipt of packet 3 from the embassy. I have read that you can apply for the DS-160 while waiting for packet 3 (which provides embassy instructions) and pay fees. I noticed that if I do this I can request an interview date via ustraveldocs.com. I want to confirm if I should go ahead and do this although the embassy has not reached out to me yet. Will they honor the interview?

Like everyone else, I am tryin to expedite the process however I may. Also, fiancée is 6 months pregnant and I would like my baby girl to be born here.
