Depends on a lot of things that you do and don't have control over which means it can take a lot longer.

Good day.
I would like to ask if we can file the spousal petition right after the wedding?
The US Permanent resident is my wife.
Does she need to get her name change 1st in the green card? or we can file it without changing the surname first?
