You mean EB3, right? The immigrant visa that nurses usually use. Ghana embassy says it is still closed for routine visa issuance. If you have a National interest exemption (EB3 as a class does fall under the PP ban so you’d need to show you are exempt) you’d need to argue that case. No i haven’t try that but they have direct email address to the consular section, that I have tried . 

How do I argue such case and show that I’m exempt from PP, is there any documents I can upload??

My case has been at the embassy under 221g, I was ask to submit medical examination for me and my family, then covid hit. My appointment was rescheduled and finally canceled due to retrogression. Now that my case is current I’ve been trying to get visa appointment but am unable. The case is e3 and is exempted from presidential proclamation. I need advice on how to proceed at Ghana embassy

They requested for my employers tax tax and the number of staff on its payroll, and the facility I will work when I go the states 

I attended my follow up appointment on the 21st Jan. After a year under AP. The CO gave another 221g slip and indicated that we fill our ds260 and resubmit after which we need to book appointment for oath swearing. Then we should bring a new medical report. It’s this a good indication that the visas will be approved on the next visit??

i attended my e3 interview at the USA embassy in Accra on the 17th of this month. The CO asked normal questions about my work, my employer and how long I’ve been married, she the went back into the inner office and brought us 221g form and then ticked “call “ and the requested documents she ticked “ waiting for the results of administrative Processing “ and gave me the form with our passport included, my question is what do I do in this situation nd how long does take to resolve it
