I read your response and it correct me if I am wrong. I have so submitte the reciept and cover letter to NVC. I getting confuse about these, sorry if I keep on asking questions.

I have the Cover letter with baracode and case number start with MNL2XXXXXXXX3.

This whats wrtten on the cover letter;

You must return this cover sheer with the petitioner's completed forms and supporting documents.Failure to do this may result in delay..... so on........

What is the petitioners documents and supporting documents.

I need some help on behalf of my mom and info on what's next after paying the $70 processing fee. Do we need to wait for documents comming from USCIS, or do I have to download all the proper documents, if so what are the documents need to download.

right after becoming a USC, then you can send them a copy of your naturalization certificate and then they (immigrations/USCIS) can update your application and with that, processing should be faster. im not sure if your mom already did that but if they are asking for some payments then, that means to say your file is already in process. i would suggest to give them a call to see where you stand.

You would contact NVC with proof of the USC and request an upgrade to the existing I-130.

My Mom a green card holder petition my brother and after years pass by my mom became US Citizen. is there any way that the petition will be upgrade since my mom became US citizen. Would it affect the petition of my brother since my mom became US Citizen or can just upgrade as parents of US Citizen?

I need inputs regarding filing AOS and other form before my with documents expried. We already got married had her SS # already and now her visa or I-94 will about to expried this Jan.13,2008. Can we still apply for her AOS even it expried? need help....

Im starting my girls documents for AOS and EAD. Beside the form we need to fill out, is there anything you would add or some documents that you've submitted so that i'll include it to when I file?

These are what I have;

A) G-325a one for my girl and one for me

B) I-864

C) I-485

D) I-765 since it's part of the payment

E) I-131 also, since it's part of the payment

F) Marriage license (Copy)

G) Marriage Cirtificate (Copy)

H) Bank account with my wife name on it

I) Insurance with my wife name on it

Do you have anything else beside these documents added to your paperwork when you file for your AOS and EAD? Your reply we'll be very much appriciated.

Finally after a long wait for K-1 visa my girl and I got married last week. Now, it's that time again to start and prepare AOS and EAD. Anyone can help me and give some inputs on what's should we do and also some advise will be great appreciated very much.

So your saying that I don't have to file of EAD and just worry about my AOS and just file for AOS alone with cost $1010. I know for sure that we have to get married in 90days, also she can get her SS# and driving Lic. Another question is can she work with out her EAD?

Yes, finally my girl got her VISA yesterday P.I time. Now I'm preparing for my trip next week.

Thanks to all the VJ, all the helps and inputs got us to the next step. Next step is EAD and AOS.

It is a great idea to wait until you get there to buy the ticket. I sent Claudeth the money and she was able to get the ticket to LAX for about $150 less than what I could find.

Is there anyway, that I can or my girl can contact USEM about the visa?

I'm still going to P.I no matter what since I can't cancell my vacation, just hoping that she'll get it before Oct. 14 so that we'll both leave together that day.

My gilr have not got her visa until now, it's been a week already. Some of her co-interviewer got there visa on hand last Friday. I hope she not on AR for a long time since I'm going to pick her up this coming Oct. and aI can't re schdule my vacation. She told me that the consoul was very nice. She also told me that after the interview the CO told her to pay for DELBROS and got a Pink slip. CO did say pass or will be on AR?

Do any one else have Sept. 10 interview and have not got thier visa too? Hope this week she'll get it.
