The beneficiary is in AOS, yes. She arrived to the US on a B1/B2.

Hello,
I was wondering -- for forms such as the I-130, I-765, I-485, etc, -- we should use the English equivalent, or should we use the Turkish characters exactly as they appear on a Turkish passport. For example, if the beneficiary's last name is Şengül, Should I type "Şengül" or "Sengul"
I've googled around and have found a lot of discussions about transliterated names, e.g. Cyrillic to English, but none for Turkish to English.
Thank you so much in advance,
TD

I never put any phone number on the check. My check always has my address printed on it.
Thank you, Voyager!

Hello,
My petitioning spouse (from Turkey) and I (a born US citizen) are about to start our visa journey and about to send off our application packet!
Wondering: Is it necessary to put phone number on a personal check to pay the 1-130 filing fee or other immigration fees? Does my (and my spouses) name plus our current permanent address on the check sufffice? According to https://www.visajourney.com/content/paying-immigration-fees/ , we should have my phone number(s) on there too.
Thank you much.

Thank you, Alabamk1. Appreciated.
Just wasn't sure because the passport has the umlaud/tail, so thought we have to go off of that.
