  1. The father of my eldest child gave consent for me to take him from the country and we left and have been here a year now.

Now my ex is saying he will revoke his consent all because i wont put my child on a flight to Dallas (hes visiting on holidays) because of storms.

So my question is can he revoke the consent?? We havent got paperwork in for AOS yet due to still saving!

And if he revokes it what will happen??

    Thankyou

    Sam

  2. Thanks for that, but what about the EAD?? We are having trouble getting the children covered by medical and have been told we cant do this without SSN but we cant get SSN without EAD or Greencard!!!

So is EAD included in childrens AOS?? Would seem silly for it to be in it but then nothing with the visa process shocks me anymore lol!!!

If EAD isnt included in the AOS what do we do????? Any advice would be fantastic.

    Thanks Sam

  3. Quick update!!

After nearly 10 mins arguing and in the end begging and pleading with the lady at the embassy to give me the code for the emails this week she finally caved in and gave it to me!! Now I see how they get all there money

She repeatedly told me I would not get a reply and even asked her manager who said as well that I would not recieve a reply

    BUT I DID

1 hour after emailing I got an email telling me that we were in the final stages of processing and visas should be printed today!!!

so :P to the lady answering the extortion line!!!

  4. OMG I have a few more suspects for Ian to add to his list!!!!!!!!!

1 - Stephen - Cindys eldest son, remember she tried to pass off as Ians when was in fact Simon Wicks!!

2 - Peter - The just too sensible and innocent looking son!!

    OR

3 - Nick father of Cindys youngest, maybe he blames Ian for never gettin to be with Cindy and his daughter!!

Whoever it is has got to have an extensive knowledge of Cindy as well as Ian!!!!! OH mayb its me

I hope whoever it is hurrys up and gets unmasked, I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I GO

Yeah i think I may miss Eastenders a bit wen gone

  5. Yeah I wondered that too wen I read the letter as my youngest is only 4 and she wouldnt have been happy goin in without me, but you do stay with your child during the exam.

Plus the doc we had was really nice and she made the kids feel at ease with it all.

It all painless and over in a few minutes.

Ur daughter will love the flavoured sticks they get, mine did and they kept them quiet for a good while after too lol well worth the £100 each for medical lol

  6. They said for me to send passports back with papers they requested.

Im hoping they really quick as im sposed to fly on the 27th or as close to that as possible as we get married on 13th october.

We expedited our petition due to future hubby gettin deployed soon. I putt request papers in with packet the embassys courier collected from me today so hopefully it done as quick as possible

  7. Oh thanks guys that has made me fell alot better and alot more at ease now lol!!

We sent a copy of his orders too just to show he got deployed.

My thinkin was that if i just send them everyting then they dont need to ask me for anything else lol

Does anyone know how long it takes for us to get visas now???

  8. His 2006 income was listed on the I-864, correct? As long as the tax return matches the amount he put for 2006 on the I-864, then there's no problem at all.

    We did a I134 Affidavit.

I got the courier coming 2moro to collect the papers so hopefully everything will be enough for them. Ive highlighted the amount earnt to date on his Leave and Earnings Statement (printable payslips) so im hoping that will show them what they need to know.

    Fingers crossed

  9. :help: My visa was aproved pending receipt of future hubbys 2006 tax return, I explained that it wont state a high amount as he was deployed so wot he earnt was not taxable. But she still insisted she wanted it.

Now im gettin concerned that i send it in and they see the low amount and refuse it as it not enough. Is there anything else we can send or provide?

I showed the lady his LESs which show his earnings this year so far of $41000 but unsure if she saw this amount as there is loads of amounts on those things, I did try and explain but she didnt seem to be in very good mood and i didnt want to upset her more and she refuse us our visa lol.

Can I resend the LESs (with YTD Entitlment highlighted) wen send the 2006 tax return and passports? Or do they only let you return items requested on the sheet?

    Thanks
