Has anyone faced this issue. I have got the NVC case number for my minor child. On opening the page i see only link to submit IV documents and DS 260.

I do not see the AOS( Petitioner) section. Should i call them and check.

I called NVC and they said I can go ahed with submitting my documents while NVC process my embassy change. Both can be done parallel.

I requested embassy change on 26 september 2019

I submitted my documents yesterday on CEAC and to this day, my embassy is still Montreal.

Hi All,

I am a Kuwait born Indian National who is residing in India since 18 years. Myself and Son had applied for US Immigrant visa (CR1/CR2) and same has reached the NVC stage. I got the WL from NVC with consulate as KUWAIT and have not got any update yet on my son's petition. Should i start with the payment and upload of documents or should i wait for the case to be transferred to Mumbai before taking further steps. I do not have any valid visa for Kuwait and hence would not be able to attend interview there.

Please help.
