Appointment confirmation Passport 2x2 photos DS 160 Medical Exam result Police Certificate Fee slip PSA birth Certificate PSA Cenomar Prof of Relationship Financial Documents (thus this refer to my fiancé Affidavit of Support FORM I-134 and FORM I-864, Tax and W-2??) I would really appreciate if you'll provide me a complete checklist .... thank you so much
