Once my fiancee gets here and we got married can we travel outside the US? will her Phil Passport OK for travel? Like a Carribean cruise? or only here in the US like Hawaii?

It's been a month now, I still haven't receive the letter from NVC, I got our case# MNL2007xxxxxx thru calls to NVC, Good thing I check the visa IV and we got a schedules for Medical(sept 27) and Interview(Oct 5). Last wed my fiance' got her Packet 4 thru DHL Why I still haven't received the NVC letter and packet 3?

hi. there is no more packet 3 for PI. only packet 4. and about the NVC letter, it really doenst matter if you have it or not (i think) the impt thing is you have your packet 4 good luck

This is the answer I got from CSC's email regarding my inquiries:

"In 04/10/07 your Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé (e) was received and a notice was electronically sent to you; on 08/01/07 your petition got approved and the notice was ordered but not sent, on 08/21/07 the confirmation of that approval and the formal letter was sent to you with the validity dates. You probably receive a total of 3 notices is it not? There is no mistake you are fine the most important is the last letter you received since is got the approval and validity dates."

Can someone explain to me what they mean by the bold sentence above? It makes me confused. The notice of approval we got in the mail was dated AUGUST 2 but they say it was not SENT. Currently waiting for the AUGUST 21 notice of approval in the mail.

Whoa! whats going on with your Case? that sucks...looks like CSC messed up your NOA2 approval.

Hopefully you'll get a speedy NVC to Embassy Interview.

Well our Case too is stagnant or slow moving, I called CSC almost everyday, they are saying they forward the Case to USE in manila, they gave me a MNL number, but I keep checking on visa IV still no case found. I still haven't received any NVC letter it's already been a month since NOA2.

I only included my letter of intent, does my fiance needs to send one too? or can she submit it on approved interview??

I think your fiancee needs to submit one as well but since you have submitted your packet, just keep your fingers crossed that they'll oversee it and get the approval without RFE. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply! bout she faxed a copy to me with notary on the letter of intent will that work? I can send it to the local office and tell them I forgot to include it.
