Hi,
we get most of our mail to a p.o. box due to mail issues in our neighborhood. When filing, will we indicate our street address and then the po box as a mailing address? do we ned to change our address before although we haven't physiclaly moved? Does uscis find po boxes "suspicious" and maybe calls for an interview due to the po box? we do not want yet another interview for somethign silly like this. any help aprecfiated!

My local office is in Memphis...I live in East Tennessee meaning 7 hours drive away. I guess I could have the noa sent to my po box instead of my regular mail and have someone else check for me. how is uscis with mailing addresses that diverge from the street address? do they send stuff ther eor only to the street address?

I would file at TSC..any idea on the NOA timeframe? Anyone?

well, in general how closely are the appointments scheduled? we want to file on may 12th and maybe travel june 2nd or later. i just dont want to wait a month and THEN get a late notice. is rescheduling done by phone or in writing?

we are just moving in town but i didnt know if maybe that raised a flag and caused an interview to come up or something similar(?)

Thanks! so either way I would not be held to the date if I am gone, right? Do they always allow for rescheduling?

Could anyone help with this: we want to travel after filing our I-751. Do we have to wait for biometrics to be scheduled first or could we book it and then reschedule the appointment in case we are away? Thanks!!!!

no problem if you move together. Make sure to return within 6 months (I think you cannot be away for longe ron a greencard without a permit).

Hi everyone,
we are coming up for our removing of the conditions in May. We plan on moving in April. Would a "new" address be suspicious to the USCS since before everything had gone to our other address? The lease will have both our names. We plan on travelling about 3 weeks after filing. Is there a chance the extension letter won't come on time? Are biometric appointments scheduled by us or assigned by them? What are the chances of getting an interview? More like 1 in 2 or 1 in 100? We really do not want to drive 6 to 7 hours again! We went the K1 route so they have plenty of history on us for the k1 and our aos interview... any help is appreciated!

I'm in the same boat... we will move at least twice during filing and could either have everythign sent to a friend's house or a po box. to me the po box might pose a risk of leading to a raised flag but who knows..I have seen people use them with no problems at all..
