In Florida you do not need an SSN or a Florida ID to get married - only a passport (for ID).
i
We're living down here in Port St. Lucie Florida, last week me and my fiance went to the church to ask the requirements and they have mentioned bunches of it including parental consent ?? (I'm 28 and my fiance's 38) what the heck is that all about?! and so we've decided to go to the city hall for a justice wedding instead and the guy on the counter told us that we need the SS# for the marriage license.
So, I guess we still have a month to wait to get married, I just filed my ss# on june 14 and the lady at ss office said that it usually takes 4 weeks of process before I could get my id. uggh
same goes as ours, we need to get ss#(4 weeks in process) and florida id card as requirements to get a marriage license,,UGHHUh, why?

Marriage laws are set by state, so I figured the requirements were the same in Palm Beach as Pinellas - he can use his passport. My husband had his driver's license but used his passport instead, and an SSN is not required, they will use the number on the visa.
If someone is telling you you need the SSN and Florida ID card, they're mistaken. If it's at the courthouse, ask to see the procedural manual telling them that. Ask for a supervisor. I assure you it is NOT a requirement.

she would get the certi. and stamp from the place of where she have attended the CFO seminar. the certi. will be given right away after the seminar, yes eventually she'll have to go back for the cfo stamp after she has the approved visa on her hand.
I have attended my cfo in cebu so I did get my sticker and certi. in cebu too
-
ok, the DFA in cebu has required any fiance or spousal application to undergo the CFO seminar before they could get a passport. but on my case I had an agency to work the passport on my behalf BUT still I had my CFO seminar right after I got approved for my visa. after the seminar the CFO would attached the certificate & a sticker on the passport. and for some reason the philippine immigration would look for this document during her departure at the airport.
Hope this information would be helpful for u and for your fiance. God Bless!
ok from what I've known there are CFO offices in manila where she could attend to but I'm not sure where's the exact place. if she hasn't done with her interview yet she could still have attend the cfo but they would only give her the certificate and eventually she would have to come back to the cfo office right after she gets her visa to get her sticker/stamp. just make sure she won't lose her certificate cause that would determine that she already have complied the cfo requirement.

I don't think it has something to do with your cenomar. I had my interview last may 23 and the filipino lady on preliminary interview didn't get my cenomar either. It took me 8 days of waiting before I got my visa on hand. It was shown on my visa that they have it issued on the 25th of may, 2 days after my interview but they had it delivered not until on the 31st of may, so obviously it has something to do of how delbros works with their delivery. well anyways I'm in the US now with my PUMPKIN AND VERY MUCH HAPPY!
So stay calm and just relax I'm sure you'll have your visa sooner than u think. God Bless!

Mardy thought she would be done and back to her room by 9am, I could tell
by her laughter, that things went well, she said other had waited longer
but she got called sooner than expected, all the questions were about me, my family..
She got into the hallway she didn't want to celebrate in front of the others, but they noticed her smile.
some congradulated her.
Ran into traffic on the way back to hotel, wants to get out of her heels, and eat a big meal., and being maybe 90 lbs that girl can eat some barbecue.
Thanks everyone for their support the past couple months, best of luck to those starting the process, and those playing the waiting games.
God, now we can start ticket shopping
