Dear All
Has anyone had any experience with the below?
"The Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) returned your case to a USCIS office for review."
This was the latest message received after both visa and appeal were refused. I will be reapplying if returned but this seems to be something out of the blue.
Pete
I am a naturalized USA citizen since April (4 months ago) and today I received and email with the information that my removal of conditions case I 751 was return to the USCIS office from Executive Office for Immigration Review. Both cases were approved back in April and it shows on my N 400 online statues (tho the approval status on y I 751 was never updated) I got my Oath 3 weeks after that and immediately I applied for my minor daughter passport which she already got. To me seems just like a silly mistake.

Any updates on this?
"On July 05, 2019, the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) returned your case, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXX, to a USCIS office for review. We will notify you of our action within 60 days of the EOIR decision."
I see this on my I-485 application.
Silly thing, I am naturalized USA citizen since April 5, 2019 (almost 4 months ago) and I just got the USA passport last week for my underage daughter, which means she got the citizenship with me. Today I received and email telling me that and action was taken on my removal of conditions case and it comes exactly with the same text you are talking about here reason why I came to do research on the forum. I wouldn't be worry now as it seems clearly an unrelated mistake. All my naturalization process was here in Texas.

They will send the N-600 to your local office, you would have to check processing times there, they usually take from 6-10 months, not everyone needs an interview that depends on the AO, but the oath is necessary for everyone older than 14 so they will probably have to go. Remember this is just a proof that they are citizens already you are not requesting citizenship for them, so no biometrics, if you comply with the requirements set by the congress then they will issue a certificate of citizenship.
Btw is usually cheaper to apply for a us passport only.
Hi William, thanks for that info. I will have my oat next week and I was thinking of filling for my daughter's N 600 right after. Please elaborate on the passport instead. I thought is the certificate is needed to get the passport.
Transferred from TSC to CSC and now got a Post Decision Activity!!!!
