    Hi... we just filed in March and received the NOA1 a few weeks ago. I live here in the DR with my husband and they actually got the reciept to us in a timely manner and it came right to our door. I was very surprised. Before they moved everything to the NVC there used to be a wait list and it was supposed to take around 2 years to complete the whole process... but from what I've heard recently
