Little bit unusual but relax and answer whatever they ask you.  Is there anything that you can think of that might have been omitted or left out at any step in this process?  Think back to the very beginning of your marriage and immigration path.  Is there any document that says one thing in one step and another thing in another that might have been flagged as a discrepancy?

Thanks for the reply.Nothing comes to mind in terms of being left out or that could be a discrepancy. The process has been very smooth up until now. The only issue in the interview was that the agent was very scatterbrained and was kind of all over the place. She apologized and said it had been a crazy day. I just don't see alot of info out there about an interview for the beneficiary only and not needing to bring documents of any kind except for ID. Will see...as with all of this the waiting is the hardest part.

  2. I am English and have been married for over 10 years to my wife who is an American Citizen. Had first interview for I485 a few weeks ago and all went very well. On several occasions the interviewing officer said everything looks good and I see no problems at all. She didn't ask for photos or a lot of proof documents even though we had an awful lot. Case status changed to being under review.

Anyway last week I received a notice for a second interview for I 485. It is just for me as the beneficiary and the only document I need to bring is my I.D.

Obviously I am a little stressed as thought it had all gone well. Anyone else had similar experience or does anyone have any thoughts. Appreciate it.
