    Hello everyone. My mom’s I-130 has been approved and I’m trying to upload documents for the NVC stage. My parents marriage certificate is required to be upload. My parents does not have marriage certificate as they had customary wedding 35 years ago and no marriage certificate was issued. How do I go about this? Thank you

    I am in the process of filing I-130 for my mom. I am a US citizen! What documents do I need? Just want to sure, so I avoid RFE. The process already is lengthy, thank you
