What is a G-1450

How do you pay by credit card? The application states check or money order? 

I think we thought her passport photo had to be submitted as an original. Yeah, it would be much easier for her to scan it and for me to print it out on my end. 

My fiancee is a Canadian and I think I have finished the K1 visa application but I have have a few questions before it is submitted:

1. Can I send the application to my fiancee in Canada, have her compile it, double check it and then mail it in from Canada? (She has to add her original passport photo to the package)

2. Can she pay for the application from a Canadian bank if it's in USD?

3. Can the K1 visa application be submitted on line and then mail in the rest of the documents?

4. If she mails it in Canada, is there a chance it be delayed at the US border before getting to the USCIS office in the States?

5. Has anyone paid for a lawyer to check their package before submitting it?

1. When completing address section of K1 visa, if mailing address and current physical address are the same, do you enter in your most recent PREVIOUS address?
2. Has anyone had difficulty entering dates in the "to" field in Address #1 field?
3. How do you label "item number" for additional addresses and employment history in "Section 8"?
