Should I retake my medical exam? I passed my medical exam result from the Philippines and included it on my AOS packet

Got our rescheduled interview notice. It will be on December 9. So happy.

Online my status didn't change. The letter just came.

I took everything they asked for but they didn’t collect any of the documents I had previously submitted. If you submitted something already during your application, no need taking it for the interview! They mostly need more evidence to prove it’s a legitimate relationship.

Hi everyone, just got a letter from immigration for our interview date. It will be on November 18. 😊 should I bring all the documents written on the letter even if I already submitted everything? Just in case?

Yeah patience is not my strong suit but USCIS is really testing us. Lol our schedule will come soon too. Hopefully soonest. We filed 9/27...so we are both close on filing date.

Congratulations on your scheduled interviews. We are still waiting for our schedule. It will be a year tomorrow since we filed our AOS petition. Hopefully we will receive a schedule this october for interview. Praying for all of you.

I hope so too!!! Should I wait a little bit more? I filed our AOS september last year. Had my biometric october and waiting to be scheduled for an interview since November 27.

its been quite a while since we passed our AOS application and this is still my status. Nothing changed since November 29, 2019. A lot of my friends had their greencard without any interviews. I tried calling USCIS but the operator doesn't provide an option to talk to someone. Is Minnesota office just slow or what?

In practice, most employers will also need you to have an SSN; whether you get one or not depends on if you applied for one on your I-765. If you applied for one, you should get it in a few days. if you didn't, you need to go to the SSA office and apply for one.

Oh okay, so for now I can use this to look for jobs already? Will my social security number come soon too?

Hi everyone just a question. I just got my employment authorization card on the mail and it says that it expires next year too 01/13/21. Does that mean we will renew this card as well???
