July 03, 2018: I-20 generated July 16, 2018: Update in I-765 form and my DSO asked me to send 4 pages out of 7 I did according to her. July 27, 2018: Received packet from USCIS. July 28, 2018: Aug 5, 2018: University was closed. Aug 6, 2018: USCIS sent back application because of missing documents(Missing last 3 pages of I-765 form). I asked my DSO to check with the I-20 if it is still valid. My DSO said that the application was good to go and you can post it. Posted as adviced by my DSO. Aug 9, 2018: Application was received by USCIS. Aug 21, 2018: Received Form I-797C. Dec 19, 2018: Case was denied because of the date the DSO entered my recommendation for OPT into my SEVIS record was July 03, 2018. I have failed to submit Form I-765 within 30 days of the date DSO entered the recommendation for OPT in my SEVIS record. Dec 20, 2018: SEVIS Expired.
I'm planning to file Motion to Reopen. What are the chances for receiving an EAD card? Thank you.
