hi, my name is luis guzman and I'm originally from Mexico my mother a US citizen filed an I-130 petition back in 2000, the priority date is April 2000, F3 category, years passed and i came to the us in 2009 with a TN visa my mother passed away in 2012 while i was living in the US, i submitted a request for humanitarian reinstatement back in 2015, not knowing about Section 204(l) Relief for Surviving Relatives. I received a notice stating that my reinstatement will be reviewed and that there was no time frame for adjudicating the humanitarian reinstatement. my question is now that the filing priority date is current and since i dont know anything about USCIS reinstating my petition, what is the next step in the process? thanks
