Im not even sure where this is going to go or how I even retrieve it. My husband is a FRAUD. and I really need help in sending him back home, he really thought he had me fooled, what a fing idiot I am, any way...can anyone help me as where to begin the process of sending him home, as I dont have a lot of money for divorce right now ?

I need advice

Steve (beneficiary) has 3 years worth of my Tax returns. in 05 and 06 i Did NOT make enough to support him according to the guidelines. but in 07 i DID.....Should he just bring the tax form from 2007 with him ??

Can he still pass with only one year worth of tax returns ??

His interview is in 7 hours ??

My fiance's interview is tomorrow but he is getting confused over the i-134 or the i - 864 that he needs

we only have the i-134 (cause thats what it askes for on packet 3) but now he says the packet 4 is asking for the i - 864

What do we do now....Can someone PLEASE let us know if we need this or not ???

What does it say on your fiance's packet 3? For K visas it is generally the I-134 that is used, I-864 is for AOS after entry in the US.

On packet 3 it says the i-134 but we just noticed that on packet 4 it says 1-864

Is he gonna be denied because of this ?

My fiance's interview is tomorrow, and now he says he needs the I-864 filled out

IS THIS TRUE ??? Because we dont have it !!!!!

Also, I read somewhere that if he comes in thru the JFK airport that he could get his work permit right away, is this true ?

This is a 90 day stamp only. There will most likely be a gap in the time he is legally permitted (according to the DHS) to work between his POE and receiving his EAD after being married and filing for adjustment. Good luck at your interview!

Only 8 hours until our interview. Now the nerves are starting to kick in. I was absolutely fine and positive until today.

Yes, I know everything will be fine. He'll be all approved by the time I wake up for work in the morning. And on the way home, he is stopping by the jewellers to pick up my wedding ring.

I dont know what you mean by the gap.. does this mean there will be a time period where he can work, and then cant work ??

I am so out of my mind with WORRY !! My financee has sent in the Packet 3 information to the Embassy at the End of APRIL and he brought it in himself last week.....I called the dept of State telephone number and they say they dont see ANYTHING in their system saying he turned in ANY thing

What should we do now ????????//

YES...That is where he said he sent it !!! OH BOY... NOW im getting VERY Worried !! He mailed the stuff off the first time at the End of APRIL....the second time he took it in by hand (last week)

Do you know how long it takes for them to process it ? If they dont "receive" the info by July 14, then they are gonna kick everything back

Please Help...My financee has turned in the packet 3 paperwork (DS-156 ETC ) to the London Embassy 2 TIMES now. we then call (i think) the NVC...or the state people...and they say they havnt received it yet....WHAT IN THE WORLD DO WE DO NOW ???? we dont know where to turn??

Can someone please help me...My financee and I are wondering what happens after we finish the Packet 3...Do we send it in and then wait for the interview...or is the interview date just set automatically?

My finacee says we are supposed to wait because on the form it says to "bring these forms with you" So we really have no Idea what to do at this point ~~!!
