I’m a US citizen and my husband is Peruvian. We are currently in the process of getting his green card, but we are hoping he can travel with me to the States in 2 months. Would applying for a B1/B2 tourist visa hinder our Green Card process? What would happen at customs? Looking for experience and suggestions.
