I see a lot of discussion of people postponing the interview. But, at the bottom of the NVC welcome letter I received is this-
IMPORTANT: If you do not communicate with NVC (by phone, e-mail or mail) regarding this immigrant visa
case within one year, your visa application could be terminated and all fees on your case will expire.
Does this mean I can call, mail, or email them and postpone visa process at this stage of document submission?
