  1. I am a US citizen and my wife is a UK citizen. She is a greencard holder. We filed a I-751 to remove the conditions on her greencard but we have not received the new 10 year greencard yet. While on vacation in Greece, our documents were stolen, including her expired greencard and I-797. We are now back in the US. We did not file a I-90 since we have the I-751 pending. She is eligible to file for Citizenship, but I have heard that we have to turn in our greencard. We don't have one as the expired one was stolen, and the i751 card has not arrived yet. I applied for her N400 last week, and it says I need to bring the green card with me, which we dont have.  Will it be OK to bring photocopies for N400 Biometrics?
