I don't know why I got material misrepresented bar.in the interview Visa officer said I am lying and giving me permanent bar .they don't even see my documents

I have 2 US  citizen child age is 21 year old .US Embassy giving me and my hausband Life Time bar to enter USA do I qualify for I-601 waiver? That show my children faceing hardship. 

Yes I applied in labor certification than i-140 category E3 six years experience in in related fild inside US than move to Pakistan to do Visa interview but at the interview counselor officer given 10 year bar to re enter US .than after my 10 year bat complete in 2017 I went for interview than Visa officer said that how come that your employer did not find any employee in US since 10 year .and they send my petition back to USCIS to revoke .but USCIS reaffirmed my petition and said that my petition is bonafide and reaffirmed my petition .and than after my 2nd interview Visa officer did not even asked anything about my Job qualifications just hand me over 221g again . than after I send letter to Senator so they did inquiry on my behalf .so I found that US Embassy need to do more review on my Job qualifications.

I don't understand is . you are filling for your self .or for your wife.

I-140 is easier to approve .but if you need to do interview at US embassy islamabad.than believe me they will give very hard time. Because my is also i-140 and US embassy given me 221g and send my petition back to USCIS for recommendation for revoke .but USCIS reaffirmed my petition send back to US Embassy Islamabad .it took almost one year.but again at second interview US embassy counselor give me 221g to check my job qualifications . And I am still hanging and waiting .I don't know how long it will be taken.

For all my experience .its not good idea for you to come to Pakistan . unless you are green card holder or citizen.otherwize you are also face hard time.

Today I had interview and US embassy Islamabad given me 221g for more review . even my petition was reaffirmed from USCIS.. but the want more review just to give me hard time .

You'll need a new medical.  You can schedule it after you get your interview confirmation.

 

No police certificate required.

 

Only fees for medical

After all process your visa got approved or administration process.

Yes I did contact the embassy and I also contacted my senator they also contacted but embassy reply they didn't receive my petition
