I have a job offer in the US but the company can not sponsor me. I’ve been talking to a lawyer who says he can hire me through his ”hiring firm” , which makes it possible for me to get a job visa. The company I work for will then be like his client. Does this sound like a lie?
I never heard about this possibility before, but I got his contact cause he is great and finding loopholes in the system.
