I had my interview a month ago and got the "a decision cannot yet be made about your application." The interview went well and I thought I was going to be approved on the spot since my case was simple. The officer said I should receive a response in 3 to 4 weeks. It's been a month and the status online still says "interview was scheduled." I read somewhere that USCIS has 120 days to make a decision. I'm really disappointed that I'm going to have to wait this much longer after waiting several months for an interview.

 

Has anybody here had the same problem?

I am in the almost same situation except I was recommend for approval but online status like yours

I don’t think so. I know they will tell you to continue to wait. Since they do say USCIS has 120 days. But contacting them wouldnt hurt. If you get different results. I may contact them too

Barkaizk, is there any update on your Case? I am in the same boat.

I am in the same boat. No updates on online either. It is saying "You attended Interview"

I just sent a message to them using my online account and hoping to get that reply.

Thank you britt! In my case it was approved (decision taken approved) but online status does not reflect that.

No. Nothing has been changed. I remember I/O said  that within two weeks I should get Oath letter.  I am worrying about online status on both sites.

One says '"Your interview was scheduled"  (eGov)

Another one says "You attended interview" (DHS)

 Should I wait for one more week before I contact USCIS?

Still there is no update

Attended an interview on 12/11 and passed it. I/O said i will be receiving letter for Oath in couple weeks but my online status still shows interview was scheduled. My friends who attended the interview on same day got their status updated to say something like they are in line for Oath Ceremony. Does anyone has this same issue with online status?
