The CCD is the database where the documents are housed I believe. Okay, so she will definitely not receive a packet. That is fine and I understand about human error (all to well with this process), we will just have to pray everything is in order.

My wife has just received her visa from the courier service, but she did not receive a sealed visa packet. Looking at her visa, it shows that her IV docs are in the CCD which I understand means she is not going to receive a sealed packet and can travel with just her visa. We went through a whole mess with a clerical error where the CO at the Manila embassy told us had all our docs were in order, only for them to ask us later about why we had not sent in a document and that we were listed 221g. After some communication explaining that the CO did not give her a 221g paper and had said she was good to go, they issued the visa (all without acknowledging the mistake). I just want to make sure she is good to travel and this is not an extension of that clerical error.
