Hello,
We are going through a similar experience. My fiance in the Netherlands made her medical appointment for the 23rd and now the only date available for an interview at the embassy is on the 28th of January.
Does anyone know if the embassy has any k1 dates available for February? Has anyone been able to reach the embassy by phone or email?

so I should not do this even if they are submitting an I-864 and live at the same address?
I did reread the point #1 and thanks

Just now, aaron2020 said:
1. As the petitioner, you file an I-864. One parent is the Joint Sponsor and files a separate I-864. The other parent is the JS's Household Member and files an I-864a. You can not add their income to your I-864.
2. They can not use their primary home as an asset for the I-864. Property will need appraisals and proof of ownership.
Thanks,
So they fill out one I-864 together,
And I still add them onto my form I-864 as well?

Hello and thanks for all your help here.
I am the petitioner and I am working on the affidavit of support.
My parents, whom I moved back in with 2 years ago, are going to be a joint sponsor.
1) Do my parents fill out a separate I-864a Form? Or can I just add them on to mine since we live at the same address?
2) How much information do I need to add about assets like a home or property?

Hello,
Can somone please tell me if the scanned documents worked for you?
I am in the usa and am filing the k1 visa, do I need any actual wet ink original signatures from my fiance in the Netherlands for that?
Can she just sign the intent to marry and scan and email for me to print out and include in the i-129f?
I understand that I need to sign the forms and send them to the USCIS, but is there anything that they require for my beneficiary to sign and also for it to be the original?
Thanks for your help
