    I called the Customer services line and was informed that, a request for additional evidence has been ordered on my petition but I have not receive any-letter till date nor told of specific evidence requesting

      On January 2, 2019, i received a REF letter requesting for Additional Evidence -- Beneficiary's Intent to Marry.

       

      Responded to to the request with the Intent letter from my fiancee and USCIS received the my response on January, 9, 2019.

       

      How long does it take to get my approval?
