Seems very weird brother, divorce decree is a crucial document to get i751 divorce waiver approved, did you at least try to send it to them on your own while you were waiting? Does they even have that on file?

In fact if they never asked you for divorce decree are you even sure they switched you to divorce weiver i751???? You might be denied if i751 was kept joint at the time of your interview
I never file jointly I 751 I filed divorce waiver and they never asked me for my final divorce

I applied on joint i751 in April 2018
got divorced in February 2019 while joint i751 was pending
sent them package immediately after divorce with everything, got nothing from them but the fingerprints until January 2021
on January 2021 i filled Mandamus and in February got interview scheduled for march 16th, attended interview, desribed above my experience and now waiting either for mail or for online status change
In my case they never asked me for final divorce decree wish you a good luck hope for good and one more thing my online status Never updated just last time it was updated March 5, 2018 my local office received my case after that January 20 2021 uscis receive correspondence that’s my lawyer sent them form Which my lawyer can represent me llegally. actually when I call them on 11th of March and I asked them that after my interview I did not receive anything or any online update. Even the representative on call she wasn’t aware that I already had my interview on fab 17 so never rely on online status

I was in Jacksonville Florida field office, I still didn’t receive any decision, but it was hella tough, she was questioning things before I even got 1st green card, was very tough and seemed like she was searching badly anything she can do to refuse me, I was giving honest answers, and was remembering the exact dates about events even 5 years ago, and she seemed more and more upset that I am actually giving her the right answers...status online still didn’t change, I had my interview early morning yesterday. Point is she asked me the least about divorce and why we separated, 1h and 45min my dude. I wonder was she like that because I filed Mandamus cause they kept me waiting since April 2018, without any ref without any communication, when 3 years of waiting were approaching I decided to file Mandamus to move my case cause nothing I tried before moved it
It’s OK bro things happens wish you a very good luck I hope you got positive response hope for good Cause I haven’t received my letter yet once I receive it I will post My online status never changed so on March 12 I called them and then they send me email just wait and watch let’s see what happens that’s all I can do man that’s all I can say

@Shah786believe or not I had a same experience today on my waiver interview and she was looking determined to find something, focusing more on beginnings than on actual relationship marriage and divorce...seemed very upset I gave answers on every question, plenty of evidence she didn’t look at one page, was trying to repeat my words after me in wrong order, like trying on purpose to confuse me, 1h and 45minutes of questions questions and questions on top of questions, and then told me at the end that she needs more time to look through documents and will let us know the decision and if she needs rfe...all in all very unpleasant experience and now I am sitting at my porch and clicking status check every couple of minutes. I gave her all the answers but she seemed more and more upset
Bro where u from and where did u file even my lawyer wqs shocked. Can u give me detail once i got my letter and whatever i will do i will share with u for may be little help good luck

So I had my combo interview. The officer was nice and the questions weren't hard. It's good to go with fresh evidence for the I-751, because I think some of it really helped validate our relationship. Do prepare for the civics questions using the booklet because the officer seemed happy to get responses that were straight out of the book. The English test seemed to be really just a literacy test. If you can post here on these forums and make yourself understood, you should be fine!
Thanks alot i am waiting nothing new never asked me more evidence or any thing. I hope for good thanks alot again

Hi guys I was schedule for an interview. Originally filled jointly (a big package full of evidences was sent) and after getting divorced I sent a letter asking then to change into a waiver application.
Basically I applied on June 2017 for I751, in April 2018, my divorce was final and I sent another package with more evidences.
My case was moved to the local office and in December 2018, I received a notification asking if I would like to change my process to a waiver. I accepted and I replied back, however I forgot to sign the letter.
Two weeks ago I received an appointment for an interview. I got all the docs that I had sent + new ones and I hired an attorney. The interview was smooth, 20 minutes approximately. At the end the officer explained that my case was on his hands because I did not submit enough evidences and because I forgot to sign the adjustment letter. I sent 2 big packages with more than 150 pages each. He looked into the documents quickly. He was very nice and polite. He told me that he will inform me soon about his decision. my attorney asked how long would that take and he couldn't estimate.
A week has passed and I still haven’t heard anything.Any thoughts folks?
Can u explain little bit more about interview because i am in the same boat divorce waiver. Filled in auguest 2017 than my case transfered to local office in march 2018 than nothing not at all..

Yes that would help. I have been told that from the lawyer.
she was very active on social media, I was less and even more low profile lately.
I just think that is very invasive but yes at this point the more the better.

Did u applied for n-400? I think, when we applied for n-400 while I-751 is pending. n-400 takes priority over i751, so both cases will be adjusted s are time.

I just open my mailbox today, I got my green card and my approval letter in the mailbox.
USPS informed delivery didn't show anything, USCIS and myUSCIS websites never updated too.
No, I didn't hire any lawyer, But I'm a government employee, I don't know if that helped or no.
Email your district congressman, They helped me a lot. They sent email to USCIS bi-weekly and USCIS has to reply them back in 4 days.
read this Question and Answer Session with a former USCIS Adjudicator: https://www.visajourney.com/content/adjudicator-q-and-a/
He mentioned about Congressional Inquiry.

Hi, I got an email from the congressman, Because they were following up regarding my case on my behalf,
I called USCIS and they confirmed I approved on their system.
I haven't got any update in USCIS website, But I saw an approval letter in my USPS informed delivery email.
Does anyone know when am I going to receive my card? Because my status didn't change to "card being produced" yet and it makes me worry. It was a long process and waiting is killing me.
