boing,
RTFM, the instructions explain this quite clearly.
Yodrak
First, there is no such thing as a "co-sponsor". We need to correctly identify what there is.- a Joint Sponsor must meet the full income requirement on their own (or with the help of their own household), they cannot "cover the difference".

You said join sponsor must meet the full income, my question : Why in I 864 under section 213A part I no. e / mention about first and second of two joint sponsors??
Ease up, Yodrak; the OP's native language is clearly not English and native English speakers sometimes have difficulty understanding the instructions.
I'M so sorry, I'm not a native english speaker. I really don't understand. Maybe what I wrote sound rude, But in my deep heart, I don't mean it.
Could you explain to me, please. Thank you so much

look when your passport expires.....take out 6 months....see if you think your interview will be before that date....if yes, you are ok, if not , you have to change it. you can start with the one you have and you can change it during the process.
THANK YOU SOO MUCH

you, you mean the foreign spouse? The foreign spouse's passport must be at least 6 months valid in the moment when the visa will be issued.
I'm the foreign spouse, Thank you for your response.
So I don't have to change my passport when I submit I 130, just wait till the embassy will issue my visa.
Sorry, keep asking my english isn't very good

You should probably look at the DCF is back thread. . . Basically if you do not live in a country with a USCIS department then you are not (at the moment) allowed to file an I-130 at the embassy.
Do you know if United arab emirateshas USCIS department or not? thanks

I have another co-sponsor but he only get pension as an income. He gets pension more than poverty line.
My question:
1. What document he should send and USCIS will accept it to prove that he get pension as long as it is tax free?
2. Would being diagnosed as having PTSD be a disqualifier as a co-sponsor?

Thanks &
