  1. I have another co-sponsor but he only get pension as an income. He gets pension more than poverty line.

    My question:

    1. What document he should send and USCIS will accept it to prove that he get pension as long as it is tax free?

    2. Would being diagnosed as having PTSD be a disqualifier as a co-sponsor?:crying:

    Thanks & :help:

  2. boing,

RTFM, the instructions explain this quite clearly.

First, there is no such thing as a "co-sponsor". We need to correctly identify what there is.

    - a Joint Sponsor must meet the full income requirement on their own (or with the help of their own household), they cannot "cover the difference".

You said join sponsor must meet the full income, my question : Why in I 864 under section 213A part I no. e / mention about first and second of two joint sponsors??

Ease up, Yodrak; the OP's native language is clearly not English and native English speakers sometimes have difficulty understanding the instructions.

I'M so sorry, I'm not a native english speaker. I really don't understand. Maybe what I wrote sound rude, But in my deep heart, I don't mean it.

Could you explain to me, please. Thank you so much
