So according to the estimate date on my timeline I should have heard back about our k-1 visa. We are waiting for our NOA 2. But when I go on USCIS they are saying that they are processing applications from September 4, 2018. I tried to call and speak to a representative but spent an hour hearing the computer tell me the same thing over and over again. That I will be contacted through mail with a decision. They received our application on November 19, 2018. I am kind of stuck and don't know if I should keep waiting or if there is another number I can call. Or if the date the have on their actual website is the actual date.

Thats what i thought too. But everywhere i click on kosovo doesn’t show up. My sister and I believe that maybe the fiance visas get processed in kosov and a greencard would be Macedonia

So my fiance is from kosov, but what embassy would he be attending? I'm assuming its in Macedonia but I have no idea? I applied for a k-1 visa, got my NOA1 in the mail last week but still unsure.
Thanks!

Sooo my husband got his temp greencard with the wrong birth year. We filed i-90 end of november. My questions are. Does anyone know how long it took for the updated visa? What was required, did they ask for another interview, etc. And if we were to travel outside of america and to come back with the wrong birthyear would immigration at airports give him a hard time. All his other documents have the right year. Just this one no. And we thought we corrected it at the interview. But the officer must have forgotton
