so if i am to change my name on my social then i have to change the name on the fafsa and then the school so they can have all names in record.

Quick question, I would like to know with how much time should you file for the aos. Can you do it lets say a week prior to your 90 days, 2 weeks or is 3 days okay..

Im asking b.c I don't knowi want to know if you should have your noa1 before the 90 days or if sending it about 2 days before the 90 days, a bad idea or is it okay.

we got married before the 90 days, it s not working so i decided to part ways. the aos has not been filed.

but my main question is since he will be leaving before the 90 days of his arrival to the us. in the near future if he decided to get a visa or anyone else decides to petition him as in family or etc, would his chances of getting a visa or etc. ( besides the k1) be jeopardized since he came with the k1 and he had to leave back due to the fact that it just did not work out?

what happens if your fiancee and you get married before the 90 days decided that won't work out. if he stays with da k1 no aos filed, would your citizenship be on the line. and what I'f he leaves back to the origin country. in the future can that person the benneficiary still apply for a visitor visa or anything in the future?

i filed 4/10 and i got my NOA 2. so im just waiting for the NVC.

I got my petition approved by the VSC on may 15 and i got my hard copy NOA2 stating it was sent to the NVC. is june 3rd and i havent received anything as of yet, am i worrying to much or should i still give it time?

I see that some consulate ask for packet 3 to be sent and 4, what exactly are these "famous" packets?

I was wondering how to you know when the NVC received the packet, is there a website you can check or do you have to wait for the hard copy?

yeah hold on` i mean i got my noa 1 on the 16th and its been touched 3 times since, but have patience even if its vermont, they do have other cases to process so hey, those who wait do have better results.

Hopefully, they dont. I just ask because since my country is really big on mariage frauds, thats why the backlog is so long, and they might just assume this because is his uncle sponsoring, so they will think ive been set up for this. and god knows i am not. just hope they dont assume this, and go with their assupmtion because i will kick and scream.

In case you don't realize how lucky you are, Vermont processes extremely fast compared to the other centers. You may have to wait a few weeks, but many of us will have to wait 3 or 4 months or more for NOA2. I am so happy for you, but I am admittedly envious.

yes i have seen others vermont applicants and i cant lie` im so glad im with VSC, lol. but hopefully it will all go well, =] and dont worry ken, things will go fast we arealready in May. gosh`. time flies!

Now since i dont have an income because ive been studying, i need to get a co-sopnsor, I have my fainces uncle but some where around i had read that this is a big red flag since is a family memeber of the beneficiary and they may think this is a fruad, ( WHICH IS NOT ) now should i just go ahead and stick with the person i have or still look for someone that can help me,
