I thought your fren already has the EB based GC, working for the sponsoring employer and may be planning to move.

Sorry for the confusion. My friend has an approved I-140 and is planning to have a consular processing. I am asking under the assumption she gets her EB3 green card.

She already has her I-140 approved and will do consular processing. I will ask her to join but any input so far would be very much appreciated.

Asking for a friend:

My friend has a TN visa and working as a nurse in Florida. But she is getting married and moving to California. Right now she cannot yet work as a nurse yet in CA due to their requirements.

Can she use her EB3 green card for other type of work not related to nursing?

Has anyone experience this scenario where they entered US on TN visa but eventually applied for EB3 for consular processing in Montreal? Are there issues due to dual intent? Hoping to get answers. Thank you.

My friend is a nurse working in Florida with TN has a pending EB3 application which she intends to do using consular process. Anyone in the same boat? What are the risks?

Thanks a lot! Yeah, its just that someone I know who got interviewed Apr 3 got his notification while I still haven't gotten any. There is one on May 22nd and I don't even know if I will make it to that batch. My interview was Mar 18.

Just wondering if the email and text notifications only happen once in a day or any time of day. I have been anticipating and waiting for my oath notification but has not been receiving any. Thanks!

Hello! How long did you guys take before you received oath notification?

I was wondering if there are San Diego filers out there who got interviewed and still waiting for their oath ceremony schedule. Can you kindly share your interview date? I  had mine last Mar 18 and wondering if it is normal to wait for the notification this long. My status always says that it is "in line for oath".

My biometrics letter is available online but I haven't received the letter yet. Can I just print the uploaded letter and proceed to ASC?
