Hello everyone,
I figured I create an account to follow up my dad's I-601 status. I did have a question I am currently in the military would that possible give any grounds for expedite? Thanks!
Refused under section 221(G) - Section 212(a)(2) (a)(1) Crime Involving Moral Turpitude
Eligible to apply for a waiver of the ground(s) of ineligibility.
We have since through a lawyer processed I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility and its priority date is2018-08-06 sent to Nebraska facility.
We are now in the waiting process. USCIS website processing times below in correlation to the day that I check for updates.

From what I have seen with other filers it takes about 1 year. There have been some lucky ones that have gotten answers in a couple of months.
