I already talked to one of the USCIS staffs, he told us that I should send the I-90 form and the I-751 Green Card with supporting documents with my correct name on them.

They did the same thing to me two years ago. I knew I'd need to file an I-90 to get my middle name corrected, but I made an Infopass first to get the I-551 stamp and at the appointment they were able to check into everything and verify that the spelling mistake was a USCIS error rather than an inability on my part to spell my own name! That probably made no difference when I actually filed, but I mentioned it in my cover letter anyway. You definitely want to send the I-90 by a trackable method because you have you include the green card with the form and supporting evidence, so need proof that USCIS received it. Along with proof of the correct spelling of your name, include copies of your I-751 form if you can (along with anything you've received from USCIS where they've managed to spell your name correctly) - basically you want to prove that it's their mistake rather than yours, so that you won't have to pay to have it corrected.

Why would I need to get the I-551 stamp? I don't know this thing.

It's just a stamp in your passport that proves you're a Permanent Resident and have the right to live and work in the US. Of course, you still have your extension letter/NOA, so you *do* have proof you're a PR already, but in my case, I didn't much like the idea of sending my green card off into the great USCIS unknown as soon as I got it without something to prove my status. You certainly don't have to get the stamp, and hopefully you'll have your new card before your extension letter runs out anyway.... but if you decide you want to get the stamp for a bit of additional proof of your status while you wait for the new card (mine took about two months from the time I filed the I-90) and it's not too much hassle to get to an Infopass appointment, you can definitely ask.

I am here again guys, I am so happy when I received my 10-yr. card today after four business days from the approval date. But it feels me sad that they(USCIS staff) misspelled my middle name on the card. I don't have an idea how to get the new one. Does anybody experience this? If so, please share. Everybody is welcome to share too pertaining to this topic.

I gonna ask about how many months would be the best for determining the baby whether he/she is girl or boy in the womb by an ultrasound?

it is usually between 16 to 20 weeks...
