    Has anyone applied for J1 visa waiver ( you had government funding and been approved?

    What did you use NO-OBJECTION LETTER?
    or Hardship waiver.  

     

    I have an American spouse and child here, I looking for a good lawyer that can help my family stay together.  Would I be able to change the visa to study visa without a waiver or visitors visa?  Anyone had my experiences.
