We are sending our I129f pack off next week,there was something missing fom my pack that I sent my Fiance.

Hope it all goes fast and if we do get transferd to the CSC I will be a happy person...

I used black ink on everything,that is the way the actually wanted it.

If they accept it then your good if not you will get an RFE.

You can never really go by the times online,it can be sooner than that. You guys filed at the Vermont Service Center,they are known for doing the cases pretty fast...which is good .

You can look at other guys timelines that filed at the Vermont Service Center,just to get an idea.

You can already tell your finance to start gathering documents for the Affidavit of support.You can get your birth certificate already incase you dont have one anymore and can also get the police record paper you need...this is only valid 6 monthes though...so you might consider getting this when you guys get your NOA2 or pack 3.

You can also look into the shots you need and do the shots that you still might need.

this form is submitted in connection with an application for? I answerd I129F,I think that is correct

My Fiance forgot to submit my G325a....it is pretty easy actually to quickly forget something and get an RFE,but it can be corrected so it is no big deal

Yep I used them,look at the date on the upper right corner to see if they are the new version.

Dont copy them,you have to fill them all in either with the Pc or with a black pen,you have to sign and date them all.

But you can copy them for your own records

Well how about he just goes ahead and cancels it now before they try and cash it?

I just dont want us waiting on nothing,especially due to it not being certified we dont even know if it arrived.

I would actually like to send it all in new,but are they going to complain or accept the papers then?

Well he really wants to send it in new and does not want to wait,as I said when he sent it in the first time it was not certified and we dont know if it got there.

So we could really be waiting on nothing,the last time when something was wrong they sent something back within a week,not it has been 3 weeks.

I really dont know what to do.

Question:

My Fiance and I sent off the I129F,he got the whole pack back due to not filling things in correctly,he sent it off again but this time not certified.

When he sent if off we did notice that he forgot my G235A.

Now it is like 3 weeks ago and I have this feeling we are waiting on nothing,it could of got lost in the mail etc,besides from that the pictures you send in are only valid for 30 days.

Here my main question: He said he is going to cancell the old check and send in all the papers from new.

We did not have a case number and nothing on the first and god knows if it even got to the service center the first time anyway.

He said if he then cancells the check then they will cancell the papers from the first time.

I think it is a good idea to send everything in new is this a good idea??? Will it work???? HELP!!!!!

Hi I have another question for you guys:

I asked some people about this one also but I am still not sure.

I am currently in Germany and my Fiance in the US,the last time I saw him was for (87 days) and I came back in January of 2007.

Now my question,I talked to this women online,she flew over to the US to see her boyfriend,they asked her what she is doing(she flew over 3 monthes before that),she said she is going to see her boyfriend....as it happend she had to go in their office where she told them she was wanting to get married(did not of course have a visa process etc running),they called her boyfriend and asked him also he said"yes I would marry her anytime",after them getting her Emialpassword and getting yelled at for 3 hours she got a refused stamp and had to go back to Germany.

I really dont want that to happen to me.

Now my question do you guys think it is ok to fly over to the US during our process? We dont even have a NOA1 so far,or should I wait for the NOA1 so that the homeland people know that I am doing the process.

Some people said it is no problem to come into the country during the process.

Any of you guys been in the same situation as me and coule help me?

I would at least stay for like 4-5 weeks,I saw a cheap ticket online,or should I maybe call the homeland people and ask them there?

I really dont want to jepordize flying there and getting a refused stamp,it would be a waste of money.

I still have a bunch of binding ties here in Germany such as my insurance phone bill contract etc.so I could take those to prove I am coming back right???

Don't worry.....they will keep sending it back until they see you submitted everything.

As you see they shuffle everything up....put it together their way....so just re submit it and I am sure you will be fine

I heard if you get the papers sent back too many times that they get fed up and just close the case.

But it should be not too much of a problem to re submit the missing parts right?

I am worried that they will say thats it "case closed"!!!!

He said he got the whole thing sent back with stickers on it( I am guessing the stickers where for the missing parts),he then sent it off again but with his G235A ONLY.

This was like 3 weeks ago when he sent it off again,so I am guessing they will see that my G325A is missing and will contact us again telling us it is missing.

Guessing I understood RFE wrong then.I wonder how long it is gonna take until they contact us again that the G235A is missing??

Well he submitted his G325A but not mine,he figured they would ask for that later,but he is wrong.

Well I do have a website in fact where you can give in your casenumber and keep track of it on how fast it is going.

Maybe I should ask him if he can see a casenumber on the papers he got sent back.

Well basicly he got the I129F sent back because he forgot to submit something,then sent it back again and then we noticed my G235A papers where missing.

I dont even think that the Visa call people can help us much at this point either,so we should just wait???

I told my Fiance to send everything in new due to it being our second RFE,I will have to call him to ask him then.

So basicly our case is already rolling but slow due to forms being missing or how do I understand that?

Or am I hust understanding RFE wrong,RFE can be anything I think right?--If papers are missing or more evidence is missing etc.
