    There is no concern that my wife wouldn't come to the interview with me, so that was reassuring to read, that we could do it like that. We are not ready to be forced into a divorce. 

     

     

     

  2. Hey everyone

     

    I really need some advice. My wife and I recently separated and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to proceed with the removing of my conditions. It's truly the saddest time of my life and on top of the separation we have to deal with immigration. 

     

    The case was first received September 26th, 2017. Right now, our local office has the I-751. They have had it since April 9th, 2018. It's taking a while, but I know they are backed up at the moment as they gave me an extension of 6 months. 

     

    Me and my wife are still close and are trying to work on things. I have moved out though. Our lives are still very much intertwined.

     

    What do I need to do?
