My petitioner is a LPR and I received my approval from USCIS that the NVC is processing my case on 2/14/2018. My priority date is 11/15/2016. I turned 21 12/25/2017. I contacted the NVC and they told me they are waiting for it to be approved due to the fact that I am now over 21. Can someone explain how long I am supposed to wait before I hear something from the NVC?
When did you get information from USCIS that your petition was approved 2/27/2018? Did you receive letter in November 2018?
