here is my situation . i have been married to my wife for 2 years now . we knew each other 2 years before we got married , we have made an engagement party and a big wedding in Egypt . we now have a daughter together , we lived together in UAE for a year but for job reasons we had to separate , our daughter is with her in Egypt .
she had her interview on the 29th of October 2018 she was not asked many questions only 3 or 4 questions exactly and CO was very nice to her however she was given a G221 asking for a cosponsor where my income is much higher than 2018 guidelines . however i submitted a cosponsor paperwork a day after which was the 30th . ceac updated the status on the 31st of October and 1st of November and nothing since then , i emailed them a couple of times in the consulate in Cairo and their response is, please note that the file with officer for his review, once we finish our procedures , we will process the case to conclusion . i'm i know i have nothing to worry about however the wait is painful and i want my family with me . just wondering if there is a timeline for them in Cairo or someone is in a similar situation .
