  1. I have seen a lot of folks been through US citizen family petition but heres my view,

You have two option to choose: Either USCIS processing or Consoler Processing.

As per immigration guidelines, tourist visa is for short stay in US, However, as being an US citizen you can petition your parents while they are in US; there is nothing that Stops you going that route but again, Your parents may have to wait for an ugly long wait on USCIS processing (19 months as I have seen recently and still Waiting.....) and possible many questioned from USCIS down the line.

Not trying to scare you but Counselor processing is a lot better as it takes less than year considering the current situation and environment.

If you choose USCIS processing, hopefully you get Nice USCIS officer and get it through but when comes into decision ,its  YOUR's Choice :). Good Luck

  3. Hello, I am filing CR1 after my K1 refusal. On K1 The reason of denial was CO thought our eligibility was not clearly made in k1. we had our wedding ceremony.May be thats why that thought that. K1 Case is return to USCIS. I now married legally in court and sent k1 withdrawal letter to USCIS.

Now my question is which date should i put in Marriage date in I-130. wedding ceremony date or court marriage date?

What document should I need to load with I-130:

I am thinking of adding - wedding ceremony pictures , 401 k beneficiary added, bank POD, money sent receipt to my spouse, and marriage certificate and copy of K1 withdrawal letter? 130 + 130A. anything that i need to know.

    Thank you
