  1. Hi friends,

I mailed my I-751 form for my wife and I got a text that the case was received on NOV 26, 2018 with a case number LIN......  It said they are also sending the receipt notice that describes how the case will be processed.  Its DEC 13TH today and I have not received anything in the mail yet.  My wifes GC is valid till January 24th, should i be concerned as it normally does not take this long to get mail delivered usually.

  2. 1.  On the form I-751, under Part 4,  it asks for my A-NUMBER ( IF ANY).  I am the US Citizen and I was a naturalized US Citizen through my parents.  I have my US Citizenship certificate, and it has two A numbers there,  One is A number in all RED on top right and another is INS Registration No A........  So which one of these if required goes in that Part 4 for me the US Citizen Spouse.

    2.  On Part 11, the additional info page, we don't require any additional space of info on that page, therefore majority of those columns will be NONE/NA.  However under the full name and A-Number, does my wife the petitioner still put her name and A number or she can mark that N/A as well.

  3. Hey guys, Just in the middle of finishing my I-751 form for my wife the petitioner.  Few questions.

  4. Hi guys, our 90 day window started few weeks back and I am in the middle of assembling my I-751 packet.  I just have a few questions on some of the questions that Id like to ask from the actual FORM I-751.  Appreciate your help.

    1. In Part 1 of the form, where it asks at number 16 " Is Your physical address different than your mailing address?"  Our answer is NO, so in number 17 shall I leave the Physical Address lines blank or I shall put N/A as our address is same as our mailing address.

    2.  Same as Part 5, where it asks to list info of any children(s), we dont have any children yet so is it ok to put N/A on those two pages or shall I leave it blank.  As per the instruction page it did say put N/A or None for numeric responses, but just want to see what my other friends on here did, cause I know how picky one can be for leaving alot of blanks as well as having alot of N/As.

    3.  The Part 6 column, where it asks you 3 questions regarding accommodation for individuals with disabilities, those questions dont apply to us so I have ticked NO for those 3 questions.  Then right below it says if you marked YES, select one of the applicable boxes and describe, in this case my answer was NO, so the blank lines in that can be left blank or N/A.

    4.  The last question is in the Interpretors column in Part 9, since we didnt have one as my wife the petitioner filled this application out along with me her husband of course, so do i have to write N/A in all those columns as well or can be left blank.

My main concern is not to leave any column(s) with blanks and have a reason for them to issue an RFE because unlike some other applications,a lot of the questions dont apply to our case.  Appreciate all of the feedback and help.  Good luck to all.

  5. Good day to my friends, I am in the process of assembling and organizing my I-751 form for my wife who is the petitioner.  I of course am the US Citizen.  Had a few general questions and thought I ask my friends here to share their experiences and fresh ideas.

1.When setting up the I-751 form and packet, are we allowed to paper clip each form and evidence or just put the whole in one big clip?

    2. If i recall from the past, are the USCIS still ok with placing the 3x5 pictures as evidence in a ziplock bag ?

    3.  And behind each photograph, is it ok if we write whose in the pic , when it was taken and the place or occassion?

    4.  It says one of the evidence we can attach is your tax return/w2 and IRS transcript, I have a copy of my tax return/w2s that were filed last but I dont have a IRS transcript and I have ordered one which can take up to ten days to arrive, so is a IRS transcript really required or just recommended.

Appreciate everyones input and feedback.  Good luck to all.
