Well since we aren’t married Yet, our options are fiancé visa or tourist visa since we want to get married in California before returning to Indonesia. The spousal visa would be obtained once we are married and if we decide to move back to the states.  

My question was: can we get married on a tourist visa if we are in California on a holiday?

My Indonesian fiancé and I live in Indonesia, but I’m wondering if we can get married when we go visit my family in June.  He will be on a tourist visa since we plan to return to Indonesia. 

Some years down the road, we may choose to move back to America.  Would there be any issues obtaining a partner visa if we did get married on a tourist visa?
