Hey everyone 

I got an interview for may 30 I wasn’t able to go for the interview and I emailed the consulate to reschedule it and they responded with the generic email saying that we’ll contact you when you are next in line and all applicants will get an interview , so my question now is where i should contact them I tried to call them many times they never respond in the consulate of USA in Casablanca.

Not that it's my business, and you do not need to answer but just to let you know if you are giving up the petition to get married and do a spousal Visa, there will be questions later about if anyone has ever filed a petition for you, so you will need to declare this. Also some have been delayed in CR1 process for not being able to show cancellation of a previous Visa.

Only the petitioner can officially withdraw a petition. You can write a letter and send it to the texas lockbox, but you can not withdraw it.

 

If you do not wish to continue, you can simply not do the interview/ medical/etc and inform the consulate you will not be continuing.

the best way is to break off (tell the truth) to the USC 

you can notify the embassy that u will not show up to interview (if scheduled) 

just send an email to ivcasablanca.gov

 

The case is still at noa1 , should I send an email to the address you give me requesting a cancellation?

Hey, I have a question about cancelling a k1 visa , I’m the beneficiary , is there anyone have an idea what should I do to cancel it ? Do I have to call the consulate in Casablanca and request a cancellation?
