Hi, I'm new here. I am besides myself with worry. I need all the advise I can get. I appreciate all the comments.
I applied for I-751 removal of conditions last October 22, 2018. This was sent to the new address in Arizona as advised. They received the packet October 27. Apparently the USPS didn't recognized the zip code 85046. And changed it to 45046. Now, my concern is the waiting for my NOA and extension letter. See, my dad is in critical condition and has been in the ICU for more than a week now. Hence, I need to get to my home country (Philippines) soon. I don't want to regret anything if I missed seeing him for maybe that last time. its terrible feeling!
Now my Greencard will expire on January 2019. And I'm risking to travel without my extension letter or any biometrics done. But I will be back before this expires. Because I can't honestly wait for the process when I know that my dad is in that state.
Can anyone give me an advice on how or if I should proceed with my decision? or does anybody have an advice on other option? BTW, I tried infopass appointment so I could talk about this with a USCIS Officer but apparently they don't have available appointment date yet. It is with urgency that I go home. Please help.
